Vito J. Coletto earned a BEE degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York (CCNY, class of 1983), and has over 30 years experience in digital design engineering, engineering management, subcontractor management, sales, sales management. He has held key positions of increasing responsibility for Fortune 50 & 500 companies like Sperry Corporation (now Lockheed-Martin), Kohler Power Systems, General Dynamics C4 Systems, United Technologies, and most recently, Altergy Systems.
Vito has 16 years experience in the on-site power generation industry selling solutions in prime power/energy management and backup power applications including a wide variety of stationary power technologies like diesel and natural gas engine-generators (10kW-2000kW) with automatic transfer switches, paralleling switchgear for energy management, microturbine engine based (60kW-360kW) Combined Heat & Power (CHP) & Combined Cooling, Heating & Power (CCHP), and fuel cell engine based systems (2.5kW-400kW), both CHP and electric only applications. These systems were deployed over a broad range of vertical markets including healthcare/pharmaceutical, commercial office, data centers, universities, industrial manufacturing, CATV, and telecommunication applications.
Throughout his technical Sales career, Vito has sold, either direct or through distribution, ~$350M worth of stationary on-site power systems, with multi-megawatt scale system sales for prime power, fuel cell CHP, microturbine CCHP, and backup power deployments.
Gayla L. Coletto earned a BS degree in Professional Accountancy from Long Island University, C.W. Post Center, class of 1983. She has excellent financial and administrative experience, has held positions of increased responsibility during her career at Sperry Corporation, and is a key member of our company management team.
Being multi-talented, she also currently holds the position of President of the Vista Del Rincon Homeowners Association (HOA), the community in Scottsdale where we live. She has held this position for ten consecutive years. Under her leadership the community property values have tripled, the HOA is fully funded, and the community is financially secure. She has also made significant improvements to the common area landscaping, adding even more value to the 168 homes in this community.
Gayla is also an accomplished artist, in several mediums, and has had several of her works on display at local artist events in Scottsdale & Phoenix areas.
Vito & Gayla have been married for 28 years, and have a son Thomas, age 24, and graduate of Arizona State University (ASU). Their extended family includes two dogs, Major (a German Shepard/Queensland Heeler mix) and Taffy (a Miniature Poodle).
